Psycholinguistics

The Departments of Linguistics and Psychology, in conjunction
with the Program in Neural, Informational and Behavioral
Sciences, announce a junior-level appointment in
Psycholinguistics, commencing Fall 1991. Candidates with
research focus on experimental work on sentence processing in
adults are especially encouraged to apply. Materials, including

A fixed-term position for a Lecturer or Senior Tutor is being 
advertised in the Linguistics Department, Faculties, ANU.

Applicants should have a strong general background in linguistics and 
be able to teach across a range of subjects within the discipline. 
Applications are invited from scholars specialising in any branch of 
linguistics but preference may be given to people with experience in 
one or more of the following areas: Second Language Acquisition 
(including ESL), Sociolinguistics, Austronesian linguistics (ncluding 
Comparative Austronesian), Papuan Linguistics.

The position is available from 1 July 1991 until the end of 1995.

Salary Lecturer $33,163 - $43,096 p.a.
 Senior Tutor $28,792 - $32,762 p.a.
