Two jobs for linguists (part-time) for a Dutch project on lexical databases.
Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of English and should be
(near-)native speakers of Dutch.

Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor position in Linguistics for
1995-96, Florida International University. Specialization preferred in 2
of the following areas: Semantics, Syntax, Phonetics, L1 Acquisition. A
broad range of abilities and flexibility a must. Duties include teaching
courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels in an M.A. Program that
has both General and Applied tracks. Five course load over the academic
year. Ph.D. required. FIU is a member of the State University System of
Florida and is located in the multi-lingual community of Dade County. Send
c.v., three letters of recommendation, and evidence of teaching abilities
to Search Committee, Linguistics Program, Florida International University,
